Our team can begin setting up the Merriweather Room as early as 10:00 AM on your wedding day, giving you, your planner and your vendors plenty of time for decorating and final preparations.

All food and beverage is prepared by our in-house culinary team; outside catering isn’t permitted, which keeps quality consistent across every course.
Is there a service charge?
Yes. A 24% service charge is added to all food and beverage. Does not apply to venue fee or ceremony fee.
Can we help with the rehearsal dinner or welcome party?
Yes! We would love to help plan your rehearsal dinner or welcome party in our spaces.
Can we accommodate food allergies or dietary restrictions?
Yes. Please notify your event manager in advance. We are happy to provide options.
Do you require a wedding coordinator/planner?
No. We currently do not require a wedding coordinator although we do highly recommend one to make your day as smooth as possible.
When are all details due?
We require all details and final payment 14 days before the big day.
Is there a bridal suite for getting ready?
We do not have a dedicated bridal suite room, although our rooms can accommodate for getting ready. You do receive a complimentary night in one of our Junior suites with our wedding packages.
